Selected as the lead article in a recent edition of the peer-reviewed journal Waterbirds (the primary international scientific journal on colonial waterbirds) was “Status, Trends, and Implications for the Conservation of Heron and Egret Nesting Colonies in the San Francisco Bay Area” by ACR’s Director of Conservation Science John Kelly, Ph.D. 

Wetlands
John Kelly, Ph.D., is the author of “Landscape Influence on the Quality of Heron and Egret Colony Sites”, which was recently published in the peer-reviewed journal Wetlands.
